2ppv Chocolate Banana Smoothie

1 frozen banana
3 T nonfat powdered milk
1T flaxseed meal
1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
A little vanilla
a little stevia
About a cup of water
Blend blend blend :)  

Thai Peanut Sauce/Salad Dressing

1T peanut butter
1T vinegar
1/2 t soy sauce
Sprinkle of ginger powder
sprinkle of garlic powder
1t water
sprinkle of stevia or other no cal sweetener

2ppv

Mix well.  I like to use it as a salad dressing.  Its great for lettuce wraps or a veggie dip.

#5 Baste and quilt yellow quilt
#6 DONT GO OVER PPV target today!!!

At least i tracked it...

71 ppvs today.  We had a movie and dinner date and a wedding reception.   I still have some wiggle room for Sunday and with activity ppvs, I should be a-ok ;)

Yesterday I bit the bullet and went back to a Weight Watchers meeting.  I've been trying to do it on my own, but I cant.  Plain and simple.  I went to the American Fork location to Jenny's AWESOME meeting.  It's too hard to go to the Payson or provoke meetings.  Having been a leader there, it's just weird.  People recognize me.  Also, for the most part all of the staff were my coworkers.  It probably shouldn't matter, but I kinda need some anonymity.  I need to be a member.  I need to be a new girl that no one knows (sort of).

I only cried a little bit while I was there.  It wasn't a sad cry, but more of a reminder of how I feel about ww.  I have always felt like ww was a gift to me from God.  It is a normal, healthy way to treat your body.  

The past few years have been really rough around here, to say the least.  I don't see anything calming down any time soon.  I need to take care of myself.  It's time to learn how amidst all of the craziness!

I need to stop eating SO much!

Breakfast-
Raisin Bran with Almond milk
Lunch-
Chips and salsa, one taco Carnitas and a little bit of rice and beans
4 slices of cheddar jalapeno bread from stokes (one slice had a TON of butter on it)
Dinner-
3 slices of french toast with a little syrup and spray butter
4 peeps
a big handful of M-n-M eggs
10 jelly beans

Exercise Today!!!

So so busy everyday!  You can always check on my sewing madness over HERE.

Today I spent about 25 minutes on the elliptical and about 10 minutes doing yoga afterwards.

Here is my food for the day:
Breakfast- $1 sausage McMuffin and a diet Coke
Lunch- a salad at The Trolley in Springville with Emily
Snack- three evil double chocolate cookies at Emilys
Dinner- Spaghetti and meatballs

I'm hoping to actually figure my ppv's tomorrow.  Some day's are just better than others ;)

To too busy...

Monday I ate:
Cottage cheese for breakfast
2 slices of personal pizza for lunch with a very small slice of Tricia Yearwood's lime cake
2 small firebutt chili tacos for dinner with regular sized brownie hot fudge sundae for dessert :)

I have no idea the ppv's for this, but I thought I should make sure to post it anyway :)

I just had to BURN through the rest of my ppv's for the week.  ...and I have to say, I did a pretty good job :)  I ate ALL of my daily ppv's and all of my wppv's and ALL of my activity ppv's :)  I will weigh on Monday and see how it compared with last week :)

I am SO excited to eat my hot fudge sundae :)
