Parfecto!!!

So, yesterday, I had my weigh in for the month.  After I had onion rings at Sonic :) and a chicken burger.  I only ate 1/2 the bun.  It was bready and boring so I saw no point in finishing it.  Then I had chicken and snow peas at a chinese restaurant with my friends while the kids waited in line for Eclipse.  That was GOOD! ;)  And at the movie I ate some chocolate covered cinnamon beards, good and plenty, swedish fish and popcorn.  I've got a grip today :)  Oh, I did run 5 miles in 85 degree temps yesterday morning.  That was BRUTAL!!  I was going to swim this morning, but after getting home at 3am, I just did house work and skipped the workouts.
I am thrilled about today :)
