Yes, my dinner was a weird as it looks. I actually ate the peppers, cucumber and tomato for an afternoon snack while I watched the new Ice Castles. It was very good. The rest, minus the cookie, jello, pineapple and strawberries, were a salad I ate while we watched The Blind Side. I ate the jello and fruit right before I cleaned out our rain gutters. Now that was SICK!!! I gagged and had to get off the roof at my first attempt. I then got used to it and got it all done in record time.
