While I'm Waiting...

The rice is talking FOREVER to cook so I may as well post this :)  I have had a GREAT time doing the Simply Filling Technique.  It has been great.  I am going to go back to tracking because I really want to get down to that 100# loss NOW!  Here goes the new-old vow...
