Not so much like I'd planned...

Sunday's big snaffoo happened when I ate more dessert than I had planned AND that I ate not only one tortilla, but it is what it is and could have been SO much worse.  Monday was bad because I had the THIRD pancake(3 ppv) and all the salt water taffy(8ppv) and oreos(7 ppv).  Oh, and the second helping of hashbrowns(5ppv) and second serving of pancake syrup(3ppv).  That is 26 silly ppvs :(  I am off to a new and a better day!  ..well, one with fewer ppvs in it!

As always, so glad you are very real and normal! I totally ate and ate this past weekend. I have found that the food table is definitely one of my triggers and it is really hard when it is at the center of the activities of the day. I also am getting back on the wagon today and will get back to my ppv range. Thank heavens for new starts, right?(of course there is the Brewers game down in Milwaukee tomorrow and being at my sister's house the next few nights. Could be dangerous!) Better make a plan!
