So I am pretty happy about today. I weighed in and LOST 2 lbs this week :) SO happy! I am needing to keep that up to make up for all of the stress eating I have been doing and total lack of regular running these past months since my accident. I've pretty much had to have a major talk with myself yesterday and have come up with a good plan. I hope to have some good strategies in place to deal with the long term affects of stress on me. I don't see the stress reducing anytime soon, so I've got to figure out how to live with it... and not lose my hair and get sick. Man oh man. I am probably being a bit dramatic ;) We are going to spend the afternoon at the pool tomorrow. A bit of RnR will be welcomed along with the sun :) The sun sure makes me feel better about the whole world :)

Instructions
Blend milk and 1 C whole wheat Kernals for 4 min in blender. Then add the remaining ingredients. For belgian waffles, separate the eggs and beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold in the egg whites after all of the other ingredients a have been mixed in.

Way to go with the loss!!! I think part of the stress relief plan needs to be hanging out with Alice time monthly starting in August. And please oh please send some sun this way. I am missing it and getting into a funk!
