Confessions....

Wow, talk about THREE really bad days :(  I am not sure what exactly happened, but boy did I mess things up this weekend.  The number one mistake I made was to make chex mix.  I am the only one that LOVES it and I eat it all.  No more making chex mix EVER!  #2 I don't really know, I am reeling from the whole experience.  I was tempted to not post any of it, but heck, I am pretty sure, I am not the only one who goes bananas every once in a while.  I mean, I usually have one bad day a week, but not usually 2 or three in a row.  I am really struggling with not being able to run.  I am hoping for a bit of running to be allowed soon :)  I did get on the elliptical yesterday and that was a great workout.  I am going to have to keep it up :)  Well, here's to a better today.  I hope y'all are doing GREAT!
