Not too Shabby :)

I am pooped out and have little to say :)  I did register for a half marathon and 2 10k's today :)  I would have run more today, but my pre-run stretch revealed some really cranky hip flexors, so I am going to get on my jammies and go stretch for a long while while we watch the tube :)  Happy day!  Thank heavens for YOGA!!! :)
