I hope y'all are having GREAT luck with the Momentum 2010 Challenge Week #1. Are you finding some new things about yourself and your eating habits? Are you taking the time to learn from all that you are recording and making new plans, better plans, stronger than before? (You know the 6 Million Dollar Man ;), Steve Austin, a man barely alive.....) Anyway, tracking has been proven over and over again to create the awareness we need to make the POWERFUL changes to give us the healthy lifestyles we are looking for in 2010 and beyond.
Now this week in our meetings we will be getting into the Week #2 Challenge. Just like last week, I am going to leave you hanging :) You are going to have to come in to your meeting this week to find out all about it. All I have to say is that virtually every member who came last week was not disappointed. These meetings are for YOU! These meetings are designed to give you what you need to succeed on your journey!
