Update :)

I guess I could go back and read what I have previously blogged, but I don't fee like it, so here is the skinny ;) ..no pun intended.  I am WAY fat!  I went back into WW two weeks ago.  The first week I lost 6.4#'s and this week I lost 2.4#'s.  I am pretty excited!  I am down 8.8#'s, only 17.4#'s more and then I'll be back to goal :)  I am feeling optimistic about being back to goal around Dec 1st.  It will take several small miracles, but it is doable.  As I have been watching myself spiral higher and higher it has been REALLY hard to get my head back on straight.  The main deal is that I cannot get FAT again.  I want to run again.  I am going to start running tomorrow morning :)  It is going to be a SUPER slow return as my weight goes down.
Have  a GREAT day!  My allergies are KILLING me and I find myself needing to pray for a hard frost to kill off the weeds.  I refuse to pray for winter to hurry along, but a good hard frost will do the trick ;) xo
