Happy June :) What a nice temperature it is. Don't you just wish we could have it stay like this? You know, this is just the perfect weather to get out and get moving!
Speaking of activity, activity is one quarter of Weight Watchers Four Way Approach to weight loss. If you just do the "eating" part, you have a diet. Add in the other three, Move More, the Helpful Habits, and Attending Meetings, and you have a lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is the only way to get weight off and KEEP IT OFF! Be sure to schedule in your meeting this week and come see how you can cut costs while cutting up the rug! Moving more does not have to be expensive or complicated. Come in and see how.
Speaking of Activity, how is our little "Loser Lagoon" competition coming along? Remember you earn a little "swimmer" for every four days you are active for at least 30 minutes. You may add up 10 minutes bouts during the day to equal 30. You also may enter another way too. If you attend every meeting between the first of June and the last week in August, you can enter again as well :) I will have little tracker sheets in the meetings this week to help you keep track of what you have earned. As far as the meeting attendance goes, you have to actually ATTEND the meetings, not just weigh in ;)
