Lightening Strikes Twice!

For those of you who thought it could not be done- here you have it! Two days in a row of PERFECTION! Now it is only 5:10 pm, plenty of time for me to screw up, BUT I DON'T WANT TO!!! So there! I am going to eat my dinner in a bit here. I did just have a sugar free snow cone :) YUMMY! I had other plans for dinner, but the pizza crusts were calling me and I beckoned! Weak , I know, but DELICIOUS!!! I even marked my good health guidelines for you too. The oil today is sort of a cheat... I have been prescribed a supplement because of my LOW good cholesterol and I took them and skipped the oil. I had planned to have it on my popcorn tonight, but I caved to the pizza crust :(
