Well, for Stouffers it is 7 points, Marie Calendars is 5 points and my homemade-mega-fat lasagna is about 12 points. All of those are for about 1 C. I hope that helps. I have eaten 6 points worth of M&M's and am down to 3 points left for dinner. It looks like I will be having green salad with a little grilled chicken :) Life is good!
I looked in my weight watxhers book and veggie lasanza with cheese a slice that is 4in by 2in is 9 points... so that and a salad with 4 points for dresing is 13 points that will give me 26 for the day.... not bad I allow 28 points.... so I can have a weight watchers desert at 3 points and be over by point...
Good job! I like to have a stash of the Healthy Choice fudge bars. They are ONE point! it is all about knowing what's going down the hatch ;) Your dinner sounds SO yummy!! ;)

I am trying to fugure out how much lazana i can eat for dinner and still have points left for a W.W. dessert.
