Oh baby, am I GOOD!

I stuck to my points and even had a HUGE meat attack right before dinner. Just in case you have never had a "meat attack" it is when I must eat meat! I am not sure what causes them, but when they happen, all I want is meat and nuts.
We are off to Macey's for an ice cream cone :) I am very excited :) I saved my points and everything. It's a monday night tradition around here, even when it is COLD!

Hi Marion! Where do you buy the Smoothie Drink Mix you drink each morning? I love smoothies and would love to make them for breakfast especially since they're so healthy. Do they have protein in them and stuff? They are a good choice of food I'm guessing since you use it. :)

Hi Carly-
I use the Weight Watcher Smoothies that we sell at the meetings. They are tasty, but the main reason I do is that they have one whole serving of dairy for only one point. I get both my dairy for only 3 points. cheep skate all the way! ;D yes they have protein, but not an overboard amount.
