Those darn McDoubles!

As we have said in the meetings this week, we are tracking what we eat, NOT just when we are perfect.  Things I would change today, #1 I would not have eaten 1/2 of my sons COLD McDouble.  #2 I would have just had one homemade cookie.  #3 I would have picked the cookie myself to make sure that it was the one with the MOST chocolate chips in it so I wouldn't have to go up and have another that had the MOST chocolate chips in it ;)  #4 I should have been ready to go running the second the girls got home from school so I would have run longer.  I really hate the treadmill and it is really hard to make me stick it out for very long.  #5 I should have had a salad with lunch :)
