Weird Choices....

I have to take a medication in the morning which requires that I not eat for an hour.  Well, somehow in my head, cookies and M&M's are not food, so it was alright to eat them while I waited the hour.  I wonder if I am going bonkers?  I think I might be....hmmm......
Well, I went shopping with my sister and then to Zupa's for lunch, followed by more shopping.  What a fun day.  That Thai peanut salad is SO good.  You have to stop them right from the start to give you the mixed greens instead of the ice burg.  Also, you must say from the get go that you want the fat free dressing AND the Thia Peanut sauce on the side.  I also skip the crispy noodles and have them just give me a little sprinkle of the chopped peanuts.  I get the regular amount of chicken, peppers and red onions.  I eat the bread, and I did it without the butter. BRAVO ME!  I always eat the strawberry :)  I was ripped off today.  There was barely two chocolate chips worth of chocolate on my strawberry.  What a JIP!  ;)  I get a sample of their cream of Mushroom.  OH MY GOSH, it that stuff GOOD!

I stretch before and after I run. I also stretch throughout the day. I will stretch the whole time I watch a movie. My poor bones really like it :)
