I had my weekly weigh-in and it went GREAT! I was down 1.6 lbs :) YIPEE!!! This week, I ate only 25% of my activity points :) This was a VERY good week :) So, the goals for this week, is more of the same. I really want to try to only use my WPA and leave my activity points alone. I am only going to eat 1/2 of my carton on Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Light on Friday night and the other half on Saturday night. Actually, I am going to have to plan that a bit differently, We have swim team league finals Friday night and I need to make a plan to survive the 5-6 hour event. Hmmm... I'd better get to that right now.
