Couscous and Feta Salad

Ingredients

 

 

2 1/2 cup(s) cooked couscous   

 

6 Tbsp reduced-fat feta cheese   

 

1/2 medium green pepper(s), chopped small   

 

1/2 medium sweet red pepper(s), chopped small   

 

4 serving(s) Kalamata olives (6 olives), chop in half   

 

2 Tbsp fresh oregano   

 

2 Tbsp basil   

 

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar   

 

2 tsp olive oil   

 

1/2 medium red onion(s), chop finely   

Instructions


Add salt and pepper to taste and let marinate a little before eating.

My Sister-in-law just sent me this goody.  She had it at her parents over the weekend and says it is TO DIE FOR!!! :)
