Clam Chowder

Ingredients
1 cup(s) celery, chopped | |
8 cup(s) water, add water to pot, just enough to cover the veggies | |
1 3/4 cup(s) canned clams, 2- 6.5 oz cans chopped | |
4 cup(s) Land O Lakes® Fat-free Gourmet Half & Half | |
3/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour, blend with 1/2 & 1/2 | |
6 cup(s) uncooked potato(es), chopped small |
Instructions
Put everything except the 1/2 &1/2 and flour into the crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8. OR simmer in a large pot until veggies are tender. Just before serving mix flour with 1/2 and 1/2 and stir into the cooked veggies. Let simmer to thicken and serve!
