SABOTEURS?

I hope everyone is having a great evening and getting excited for the Thanksgiving Holiday! Remember it is a holiDAY not a holiWEEK! With the right preparation and a bit of resolve and planning, this Thanksgiving can be the best EVER .
Please remember that all of our meetings will not be held on Thanksgiving Day. We will be there for your meetings on Wednesday and Friday, as usual. Be sure to plan to attend a meeting on another day this week if your usual meeting is Thursday.
This week we will be working on those people in our lives that maybe aren't always the most helpful. Do you feel sabotaged by people or circumstance? Come and learn some great ways to get these saboteurs on our side .
Here is a link to a great 0 POINT dip page from WeightWatchers.com. ZERO POINT DIPS!!!
I hope you all have a GREAT holiDAY and I can't wait to see you in the meetings!!!
