Off to Camp!

I am off to Girls Camp!  Who knows what in the WORLD I am going to be eating for a few days :)  I will fill you in on the mayhem when I get back :)  I am SO excited to run on the top of Mt Nebo Loop with my best buddy, Kim :)  Oh and I am SO excited to be going to camp ;D  It really should be great, all three of my girls are going this year :)

Mmmmmm.... Something Smells GOOD!!!

"Can you smell that??? I think the neighbor is grilling tonight!"
Yep, I think we have all said that. "Boy, that smells GOOD!" Well, not only does grilling smell great, but it tastes great and really is a GREAT choice. I think our grill has the prefect blend of burnt on crusties to make the perfect grilled salmon. Oh wait- I think my husband prefers me to call it "seasoning" ;D There are SO many ways to grill, not to mentions the myriad of things TO grill! Come in this week to get your ideas kindled and your menu sparking! Oh, oh and the leaner your meat choices, the better your chances are to NOT burn down your patio! True story- come in and hear our families inferno burger story! Oh wait, my husband prefers me to called it "flame" broiled! ;D
Remember, all of the meetings will be closed Saturday, July 4th. Please make plans today to attend a meeting earlier in the week!
Oh- and as a teaser- my favorite grilling recipe is grilled Salmon with some mango salsa on top with grilled pineapple spears on the side. YUMMY!!!

Somber Sunday

I am POOPED today ;) Too much party last night for these tired bones! Today is going well, and will be going much better after my nap ;)
Oh- my only modification to last nights food was that I had about 5 chocolate covered marshmallow bears, 1 chocolate covered cinnamon bear, a bite of chocolate cake and a bite of a peanut butter bar. I did really well, for me anyway :)
Oh- and what was with all the cheese yesterday anyway? I must have been needing it for something ;) Weird!

Why not post before I mess it up? ;)

I am getting ready to go to my party in a bit and all there is left to do is just SURVIVE the evening ;) I thought I would post what I had planned and already eaten today. Maybe knowing that my tracker is already blogged for the world to see will help me stick to my plan. Oh, just for those who wonder, I eat multiple meals through out the day. Usually 3 meals and 3 snacks. This makes a HUGE difference in how I feel and cope with life. I'd better get my green salad made for the party and see what mischief the boys are making. I can't hear them ;)
