For the day we headed off to SLC. I had a few pieces of an olive artisan bread from Trader Joe's and a chicken Caesar salad for lunch from Costco. I only ate a little chicken, the tomatoes and some lettuce for lunch. I saved the rest for dinner. I added 2 T of the dressing and ate the remaining chicken, lettuce and all of the Parmesan cheese.
I am going to go and brush my teeth and call it quits for the day. It's kind of early, but I'm tired and I don't want to eat ONE MORE THING!
I am trying to figure out what to do about activity. I still have pain in my foot, but it doesn't seem to get better no matter what I do. I need to go back to the doctor, but without insurance and a job, we just can't afford it. Maybe I should try a month non-weight bearing. That just sounds so horrible!!! I dunno.
