Lot's of Info :)

Good morning everyone!
I hope you have been able to get all of your summer fun in cause it is winding down baby! :(:::::.......  But what can we do????  MOVE TO SOUTH AMERICA!  tee heee hee!
I have got a TON for you today... so here goes...
#1 The meeting this week...Just say "No" to saying "No".  We know that Weight Watchers is not so much a diet as a healthy lifestyle.  However, many of us still associate weight loss with deprivation.  The meeting this week will help give us ideas on how we can avoid feelings of deprivation. Make the commitment to take care of you and attend a meeting this week.
#2   We are excited to be participating in LOSE FOR GOOD again this year. The Lose For Good campaign will start on Sunday, September 5th.  It's our third year and it keeps getting better and better!  This year if a you bring a friend during the campaign and that friend joins, you both get a free subscription to Weight Watchers magazine! The need for our food banks is GREAT! There are more and more individuals who need to rely on food banks to make ends meet.  WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.  Stay tuned, and don't forget, for each pound lost by all of us, Weight Watchers will match it in the number of pounds of food donated to hunger organization.  And, if it fits into your budget, we'd also love to have you bring in canned goods to match the amount of weight lost.  That has been such a GREAT visual for you and us all to see the tremendous progress you are making!
#3 The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K walk with the American Cancer Society will be on Saturday, October 9th.  Go online now and join my team, "Marion's Mammies" ;).  Click on the link and get started.  Shirts for our team are only $6!  Add family and friends, just plan to participate. All T-shirt orders for Making Strides are due by Wednesday September 8th so you will need to hurry to get those in.  I'll have sign up sheets starting this week for the t-shirts.
I can't wait to see y'all in the meetings.
You never touch people so lightly that you don't leave a trace.Unknown
