I'm rooting for you! I was a WW follower for years-but did the lose/gain/lose gain thing. To fight my carb addiction (and I'm being serious with that comment),I went off all refined sugar, and I'm limiting grains. I'm off all artifical sweetners-goodbye coke zero. This combo has tamed my crazy sweet tooth, and that nagging always hungry feeling. I'm 4.5 mos. in lost 19 lbs, and I feel satisfied...finally. Best wishes to you.
