Today I spent about 25 minutes on the elliptical and about 10 minutes doing yoga afterwards.
Here is my food for the day:
Breakfast- $1 sausage McMuffin and a diet Coke
Lunch- a salad at The Trolley in Springville with Emily
Snack- three evil double chocolate cookies at Emilys
Dinner- Spaghetti and meatballs
I'm hoping to actually figure my ppv's tomorrow. Some day's are just better than others ;)
