A tracker... don't drop dead of SHOCK!

Alright, I have repented of my wicked ways (my Easter-springbreak-siesta-adventure).  I have got to get it together or there will be a bit more of me than I'd like to have around.  That new Caesar dressing so good, I have eaten all of the lettuce.  I'll have to go shopping to get more.  The ice cream was a bit of an over board reaction to not being able to run until Monday :(  I really hate not being able to run.  I will try to get an hour in of yoga every day.

I musy have missed why you cant run, not injured i hope? but it does make me feel better with spriong break being in hawaii and sick kids thios week it has been a while for the gym here also. thanks for the ceaser dressing I am goin to look for it I also love ceaser salad. Shawna
