I'm pretty pleased :)

I did go over, but HEY, I feel REALLY good about it.  I made a plan and stuck to it!  I found the best combination of foods to take with me to my SIL's to help with her fabulous children :)  They are SO cute!  I left a case of diet Pepsi there for next week :)  It was also our church cooking class tonight.  I had a little bit.  The only thing I ate that was not in the plan was the cake... oh well, I can't be perfect.  Tomorrow's plan is set and I need to stick to it.

A bit over plan....

The potato salad at dinner turned out WAY better than I had planned.  It was super tasty :)  My chicken breast was also bigger than I had planned.  AND, I sort of snitched some of the kids naughty popcorn after my "good for me" popcorn was finished :(  So, over all it was not too bad of a day for me, but not as perfect as I had planned.  I have dusted off my WPPA and 2 of my activity PPV's for the week.  Considering that I went over my PPV budget for last week by 201 (that's not counting the 55 APPV's that I ate too along with the 49 WPPV), I am feeling really good about this week :)  Tomorrow should be ok, Thursday will be rough and Friday should be alright.  The plan for Thursday is to get up and run early and eat breakfast at home.  I will take my lunch with me and a TRUCK LOAD of diet Pepsi :) and some fruit.  Thursday night I have a cooking class.  I think I will be ok to not eat because it is Italian cooking and I can pass on Italian food :) ....unless there is garlic bread.  I may need to buzz out early if there's bread ;)  So I think things will be ok.  Friday might prove a bit difficult as DH is home all day.  With some planning, I can manage it.
OH and BTW, SPICY MUSTARD ROCKS!!!  I have been craving spicy mustard since we had it on the Cabano Hotdogs for Valentines day.  I decided to squirt it on my salad for lunch.  It was SO good that I put a bunch into the potato salad for dinner.  YUMMMMM!!!  I also added it to my chicken salad at dinner too.  It is my new favorite :)  Can I say YUMMMM again???

Oh yes, Baby!

Procrastination bit me in the hiney today :(  I decided to sleep in and hit the treadmill after work and NO DICE!  I went to the doc after work and he beat me pretty good and did some acupuncture and banished me from activity today :(  He said I am good to go for tomorrow, so I'll be all over the treadmill in the morning.  I'll do my pt exercises as soon as I am done with this blogging business ;)
Are you proud of my ppv come back?  I even have 12 WPPV left.... oops, I mean 8.  My daughter just brought me 2 Girl Scout cookies.. SAMOAS!!   Man are they TASTY!!!  This whole saving the WPPV's for "emergencies" is really working out for me :)  Life is GOOD!

No, I'm not "disappeared" ;)

So, it has been a crazy few days around here and it took all of my cognitive powers to go back and track the mess.  Yesterday was totally planned exactly how I wanted it too be except for the late night slice of pizza.  My WPPV's reset yesterday morning so I am doing a new plan.  I really have a horrible time when parties or unplanned treats find there way into my life.  This week I am going to save my wppa for "emergency" situations and not plan a splurge.  I have too many unplanned splurges :(  After yesterday, I have 22 WPPA left for the rest of the week.  I should not go over my dppv today.  I have dinner and dessert planned perfectly.  I am going to practice perfectly sticking to my plan with company coming over and not FREAKING out and over eating.  We are going to my brothers for their baby's blessing, but because she was so premature at birth, it is going to be just a stop in and GET OUT kind of event :)  No kids, no food!  My kind of party!  Here is Sunday's tracker.  I'll report if I deviate ;)
