VICTORY!!!

I am feeling pretty good about today. My big problem, as I mentioned before, is that I get home from work and I must EAT! I had my Beans and rice when I came home and it totally filled me up 100%. There is even a 1/4 cup left in the bowl. I am SO excited about today that I am off to plan for tomorrow. I weigh in tomorrow at my meeting, WISH ME LUCK!!!!
