Sorry, I have been out of town since yesterday morning and just got back. My weight stayed the same from last week. I deserved that. I am pretty sure that I WAY underestimated my caramel corn from last sunday :( As for the food yesterday and today, I have toasted my WPA and of course my daily. I ran yesterday and today and have done a bunch of Yoga. I had no internet access while I was gone, which was good for me :) I am going to try to track it all, but it won't be accurate enough.
