Some Yummy Num nums :)

WHITE CHICKEN CHILI

 

30 oz canned white beans, (2 - 15 oz cans UNDRAINED)   

32 oz fat-free chicken broth   

2 cup(s) salsa   

4 oz  Pepper Jack Cheese, grated   

 

1 clove(s) garlic clove(s), 1-2 garlic cloves depending on preference (medium)   

1/4 tsp black pepper, to taste   

1 pound(s) roasted chicken breast, boneless skinless approx. 3 cups cooked (chopped)   

 

Combine all ingredients except cheese.  5 minutes before serving add the cheese till melted.  For additional PointsPlus Values you can add some crushed corn chips or sour cream if desired.
