PointsPlus Value  4
Serves: 4
Serving Size: 1 tuna steak and 2 tablespoons sauce
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons finely chopped scallions
1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons
orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 (5-ounce) tuna steaks
To make sauce, stir together cilantro, scallions, ginger, garlic, orange juice, lemon juice, oil, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in small bowl.
Sprinkle tuna with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt.  Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat.  Add tuna and cook 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.  Serve tuna with sauce.
NOTE:  You can substitute chopped fresh basil for the cilantro.  The sauce is a perfect compliment to any simply prepared fish, shrimp or scallops.
