Better late than never ;D

I am SO mad!  I should have never had that green burrito from Del Taco!  NINE points????  I was led astray!  And I skipped running yesterday.  It was a lack of planning thing, really, no good excuse.  It's snowing right now.  I'd better get out there before it gets too heavy.  I get to run 5 miles today :)  Happy day!

PS-  I still have some activity points left, and just one more day :)  I am finally back down to my goal weight after the holiday disaster :)  I'll give an official weight report on Friday :)

Marion-What smoothie drink mix are you using? Also, I walk-ran on the DREADmill last night and it was actually easier than Monday? Weird...who would have thought? My goal is to run the Run for the Red on March 6th here in Provo. I am doing the Couch to 5k program. I never thought I would be excited to train to run. This is craziness, pure insanity and I love it!

You are so brave to run in the winter. I just can't make myself do it...which makes me a major pansy because I am from Wisconsin, hello...!

Hi Alice!
i use the Weight Watchers smoothie mixes that we sell at the center. I like them because they are 1 point for one dairy :) so for three points I get both of my dairy :)
Good job on the running. Just be patient. Slow and steady wins the race :)
i don't like the cold, but I'll brave it, just to avoid the treadmill ;)

Ilove the treadmill and a dreading having to actually get out and run so I can run outside to prepare for the 5k the prob;lem I have is if it to cold then my asthma does not let me run out side... so for the winter I am an indoor runner:) which I like very much, each machine is hooked up to its own tv, it makes the time go by faster. congrats on getting to your goal weight!!!!!:)

Yes, winter can be really harsh. I get sinus infections, so I do better if I can run indoors much of the time in the winter. Asthma can be a huge problem! Bravo for falling in love with the treadmill. My sister does GREAT on it. I guess I just need the distractions that the outdoors provide :) "....squirrel!...."
