Pizza is no good for a tummy ache!

I should have chosen today to enter my weight for the week.  If I had, I would have only gained .8 lbs last week :)  I have been lazing about all day watching the LONG version of Pride and Prejudice (the A&E version with Collin Firth).  I did my treadmill and yoga and crochet a baby blanket while watching it.  I am reading the book right now too.  I may still be partial to the Kira Knightly version, more ROMANCE!!  More electricity :)
My poor tummy got an ache in it right before dinner.  I ate the pizza anyway.  That may not have been a great idea.  I'm going to hunker down for the evening.  We were planning on going out, but I fear being too far away from the WC.   We do have a net-flick that we can watch.  I may just go to bed :)

went out to dinner for my birthday and did go oer my points onlky because I do not know how to count them when eating out yet .... but thought of you th hole time and kept think what would marion do.... I ate less than half my chicken it was smoothered in honey mustard mushrooms bacon pieces and covered in melted cheese. half of my bake potato..it was an all you can eat salad so I had 2 bowls of that with the dressing on the side. I did not pour the dresing over my salad but dipped my fork in and then got my salad so I even has dressing left over:)I did bring home a piece of choc. cake and have only had a couple of bites.. so far..... hope your stomach feels better. I have those weeks too, usually around PMS time. It's understandable. You'll see losses next week I just know it. I look at your blog every day, thanks for sharing your journey.

Shawna! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! You made some great choices. It's all about doing better. Perfection is usually not something that most of us can do :( So we just have to do better than we have before. You are doing great. (ps- there are ways to find points for restaurants- try googling the nutrition information for the restaurant that you are going too. I have tons of luck with that :)
Katrina- You know for as long as I have been doing this, you'd think I would have made this connection before. I am guessing that PMS really is not my friend :P
