Nice :)

I am so glad about today :)  I am finishing the day having eaten everything that I wanted to eat and being totally satisfied :)  BEST day ever!!!  I am going to heat up my milk and make a yummy cup of Pero with a bit of cocoa powder.  It is one of my favorite treats :)  I think I need another smiley face :):):):)

Clam Chowder

Ingredients

  1 cup(s) celery, chopped   
8 cup(s) water, add water to pot, just enough to cover the veggies   
  1 3/4 cup(s) canned clams, 2- 6.5 oz cans chopped   
  4 cup(s) Land O Lakes® Fat-free Gourmet Half & Half   
3/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour, blend with 1/2 & 1/2   
  6 cup(s) uncooked potato(es), chopped small   

Instructions


Put everything except the 1/2 &1/2 and flour into the crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8. OR simmer in a large pot until veggies are tender. Just before serving mix flour with 1/2 and 1/2 and stir into the cooked veggies. Let simmer to thicken and serve!
