Over by 5,,,

What could I do?  I walk in from work to find my husband up to his elbows in gnocchi dough.  It's 7:45 and the kids are just eating.  I was planning on eating a smoothie and being right on plan, but the "chef" would have had his spirit crushed by me snubbing his gourmet experiment.  He did a great job with his first gnocchi attempt.  The kitchen will never be the same ;D

I was over by six because I am stupid and did not track as the day went on but at the end of it while I was preparing dinner. I wish I had a husband to help me go over rather than stupidity. (this was a cute post by the way!!!) Needless to say, I am tracking breakfast and lunch NOW at 6:30 a.m.! It is nice that each day can be a new start! :)

Oh and the daily five or six points of mini candy bars stops today. I am locking them up somewhere!!!

Good job on the tracking! And yes, the mini candy bars have to go :( Maybe you can find a way to get one in?? It's important to have the things we love, but it's a fine line between balance and a TOTAL BINGE ;)
